The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This includes managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning, optimizing processes, and team leadership.
Sales Manager - Legal Sector (SAAS) - Key Responsibilities
- Define buyer personas and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to improve sales targeting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels such as LinkedIn, legal directories, and industry research.
- Monitor legal sector trends to pinpoint potential growth areas and prospects.
- Implement and track key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Set team objectives and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.

- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, with proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Background in the legal sector with experience in selling SAAS products.
- Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.

- Proficiency with CRM tools for effective sales management.
