The Role We are looking for a Security Cleared ServiceNow Developer with Government and public sector experience to join our Risk Advisory team. You will be responsible for the ServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation, have a technical skill set and support in delivering the engagement for our client. Deliverables : Responsibilities to be provided will include but not limited to: End to end implementation and integrations (both, out of the box and custom) and configuration of various modules of ServiceNow (e.g. SAM Pro , HAM Pro, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, Orchestration)Creation of solution architecture design document (High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD) and data models. Setup of Mid-Servers and other implementation of technical prerequisites. Creation of implementation strategies and roadmaps. Mapping business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities. Creation of test cases and acceptance criteria. ServiceNow installation & commissioning (including implementation, integrations, documentations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria definition, tracking and remediation). ServiceNow configuration and population (configuration of data collection, software vendor onboarding, discrepancy reporting / interfaces & SAM Management Information (MI) reports).Integration of third-party on-premise and cloud systems. Creation of Definitive Media Library (DML) (including unsupported versions, creating standard operating procedure for DML). Identification and deployment of ITOM agents and/or discovery capabilities. Hardware contracts and software licence entitlement import and licence configurations (including custom license metrics). Perform reconciliation to ascertain usage and compliance positions are accurate and complete. Develop reclamation/ re-harvesting rules. ServiceNow customisations such as : custom licence metrics, custom table, reports and dashboards aligned to key HAM and SAM roles/personas. Support with the design and implementation/ automation of SAM and HAM processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows. ServiceNow maintenance and monitoring (implementation of updates, data integrity checks and performance monitoring). Essential experience/ Background/ Core Skills Must have Security clearance, Government and Public Sector experience engaging with clients and senior stakeholders. Must have end to end implementation experience of ServiceNow (e.g. SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, Orchestration) Must have experience: software asset management, mid-server configuration and integration of third-party on-premise and cloud systems. Must have technical knowledge and solutions expertise around networking, security, integrations into ServiceNow. Strong Architecture expertise: Create solution architecture design documents such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD) and data models. Develop solution, application, information, integration, infrastructure and security architecture blueprints to help deliver technical strategy. Able to translate requirements into technical designs. Strong stakeholder management – be confident, clear and concise in explaining and translating the technical requirements and updates to the client. Inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
