Hr Advisor - Manufacturing

We're seeking a talented and versatile HR Advisor to join our client's team. This is your chance to play a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving organisational effectiveness across their two sites

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive HR support, from onboarding to performance management
• Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
• Coordinate training programs and support apprenticeship schemes
• Maintain HR systems and deliver critical business insights
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting
• Hands-on payroll processing experience
• CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive approach and the initiative to drive projects to completion
• A commitment to fairness and integrity in all HR processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels
