IT support engineer

Our client is local software company who provide bespoke solutions for customers across the U.K. employing over 50 staff locally. Due to continued success they have an opportunity for a IT support engineer to join their team. Reporting to the IT manager you will be responsible for trouble shooting tickets for customers as well as being responsible for maintaining infrastructure and project work including network infrastructure. You will also get the opporunity to support the devOps and engineering teams across operational needs of the business.
