Alternate Provisions Teacher

Teach Now are working with an alternate provision school based in Brent that provides education to children aged 11-16 who have social, emotional, and mental health needs with behaviour needs. This school is committed to ensuring that students receive a high-quality education that supports their individual needs and helps them to achieve their full potential. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to work in this school. Here, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students. You will be working with small class size of 10 students and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. The successful candidate will:• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).• Have experience teaching children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs with behaviour needs.• Be committed to providing high-quality education to our students.• Be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other staff members, parents, and outside agencies.• Be resilient, patient, and able to manage challenging behaviour effectively.• Have excellent organizational and planning skills.• Have knowledge of the English Secondary Curriculum.• Have a good understanding of the national curriculum and how to adapt it to meet the needs of students.
