Job: Commercial Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Cambridge
Rate: 240 per day + expenses
IR35 Status: Outside
The Role:
Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Asbestos Surveyor who would be able to service commercial survey contracts across the Cambridge area for an ongoing contract.
The sites will all be exclusively NHS type premises, and offices and the surveys will be carried out using a bespoke app my client have designed that is similar to Teams / Alpha Tracker.
The work will be primarily reinspections of the commercial properties. This would be a tremendous contract for an Asbestos Surveyor who is based in the East Anglia, Cambridgeshire or Essex counties.
About You:
You must be a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor, with experience of commercial surveys including a variety of different building types.
This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to be highly experienced in working under your own initiative.
