About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Programme/PMO Manager to join a leading financial services organization known for its commitment to innovation and digital transformation. This role will be instrumental in managing and overseeing large-scale programmes, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Lead and manage complex programmes from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
- Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders on programme status, risks, and issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation, financial management, and vendor coordination to optimize programme performance and deliver value.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure programme success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record as a Programme/PMO Manager, ideally within a financial services or similarly regulated environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with Dynamics 365, PowerPlatform/PowerApps, and Salesforce.
- Programme Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience in leading complex programmes with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align programme delivery with business strategy, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and engage with senior stakeholders across the organization.
