Waste Transformation Programme Manager

Hays is seeking an experienced programme professional to provide day-to-day programme management of its Waste Transformation programme. £600 per day Hybrid work pattern About the Programme: This high-priority programme is part of the Council’s Improvement and Recovery Plan (IRP) agreed with government commissioners. The Waste Transformation programme includes several sub-programme and key workstreams: Operating Model People Equipment & Vehicles Information Management & Data Estates & Infrastructure Communications & Engagement Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day management of the Waste Transformation programme. Oversee and coordinate the various sub-programme and workstreams. Ensure alignment with the Council’s Improvement and Recovery Plan (IRP). Collaborate with stakeholders to drive programme success. Ideal Candidate: Strong track record of managing complex and fast-moving change and improvement programme within a wider portfolio of organisational change. Proven programme management abilities and experience. Relevant service experience is helpful but not essential.
