The Role: Email Marketing Manager (E-commerce) We're on the hunt for a talented Email Marketing Manager to own the entire email marketing lifecycle for our e-commerce clients. From strategy and design to copywriting, scheduling, and building out advanced automation flows, you’ll be the go-to person for creating campaigns that drive results. If you're a pro at designing impactful emails, crafting engaging copy, and building automations that convert—this is your opportunity to shine. This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid to take full responsibility, manage multiple projects, and deliver excellence. Lead full-cycle email marketing : Own everything from strategy, design, copywriting, and scheduling to building automations (flows) that convert for e-commerce clients. Copywriting and content : Craft engaging, on-brand copy that speaks to diverse audiences and supports the visual design to drive conversions. Data-driven decisions : Analyse email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to continually optimise campaigns and flows, and provide clients with insights and recommendations. Keep up-to-date with email marketing best practices, new tools, and innovations to make sure our campaigns stay cutting-edge. Collaboration : Work closely with our clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand voice, while also collaborating with our internal team for seamless project delivery. Continuously test subject lines, content, and design layouts to find what resonates most with audiences and drives results. Compliance : Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing laws and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Proven experience in email marketing for e-commerce (strategy, design, copywriting, and automation). A strong understanding of email marketing metrics and using insights to optimise performance. Experience in building and managing automated workflows for lifecycle marketing. Creative copywriting ability that complements your email designs and engages audiences.
