HR Business PartnerC £45,000, YorkHybrid (3 days per week in the office)We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a non-profit organisation in York. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and have a deep understanding of TUPE regulations, with hands-on experience managing both the transfer of employees into and out of an organisation.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning HR practices with organisational goals.Lead and manage the full TUPE process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements during employee transfers both into and out of the organisation.Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.Support organisational change and restructuring efforts while ensuring employee engagement.Drive HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, well-being programs, and employee development.Collaborate with other HR teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.Key Requirements:Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and change management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in TUPE (both incoming and outgoing processes) is essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.If you are interested in this opportunity please apply now or send your CV to [email protected]
