be responsible for

Events Office Manager
will Report to the General Manager Direct day-to-day conference & events activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team members' performance. Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience. Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required. Manage a team of 3 Event Agents. As
Events Office Manager
you will have Experience of being a Events Office Manager / Meeting & Events Sales Office Manager. High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail. A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results. Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box. You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
