Salary: £120k - £130k + 100% commission

Position Overview:

As the Senior Sales Director for the UK, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company’s presence in the region. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the sales strategy and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners across agencies and brands. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AdTech landscape, with a strong emphasis on data, programmatic advertising, and audience management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the UK.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with major industry partners to expand the company’s market footprint.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with clients and partners, structuring deals that align with both client goals and company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and brands.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data, audience, and inventory needs, providing tailored solutions through the company’s platform.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive account management and regular engagement.
  • Market & Product Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the product team to communicate market feedback, influencing the development of new features and offerings.
  • Stay informed of changes in the AdTech ecosystem, especially in relation to privacy regulations and data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales roles, with a strong background in AdTech, digital media, or data-driven advertising.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong network within the UK’s advertising and media industry, with established relationships across brands and agencies.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, audience segmentation, data and inventory management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with day-to-day operations.
  • Strong business acumen, with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
