Pricing Director - Commercial Lines Insurance Up to £125k + Package We’re on the lookout for a Head of Pricing or Pricing Manager to spearhead and grow the pricing function within a dynamic commercial insurance team. If you bring a wealth of experience in commercial lines pricing and have great communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you! You'll be joining one of the UK’s fastest-growing, multifaceted insurance businesses and will lead the pricing team to new heights. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while advancing your professional journey and contributing to the company’s long-term ambitions. You will inherit a team of 4 Pricing Analysts with the opportunity to expand the team further. The company has been doubling in size every 18 months, and we need someone with commercial acumen to drive this forward. This isn't a typical pricing role; you'll be implementing innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role with a preference for candidates who can be in Leeds a few days per week, but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements. Key Responsibilities:Lead Pricing Function: Manage and deploy pricing software, and provide strategic pricing support.Offer Pricing Insights: Advise senior management on pricing strategies and performance.Oversee Performance: Lead the production of quarterly loss ratios and ensure pricing targets are met.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external partners, including insurers and reinsurers.Team Development: Build an inclusive and high-performing pricing team.Support Captive Solutions: Aid in developing captive insurance solutions and profitability analysis.Align Risk Pricing: Work with leadership to maintain pricing within target ranges.Required Experience:Commercial Lines Insurance: Extensive experience in commercial lines, property and casualty, and specialty insurance.Pricing Expertise: Proven track record in pricing insurance products and implementing new pricing strategiesIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead a pricing function, we'd love to hear from you!
