Team Leader

Team Leaders required to work in a small Supported Living facility located in Ballymena, for our client Praxis Healthcare. We are currently recruiting for 2 x Team Leaders to work alongside an adult male service user with learning disabilities to encourage independence, attend appointments, plan activities, attend day trips, help with meal preparation, house duties, administration of medications, helping with staff rota, overseeing the day to day tasks, monitoring team performance and to be part of creating and updating a person centre plan. These positions are to commence at the start of September 2024 after pre-employment checks have been completed. Shifts are Sleepovers starting at 11am until 11am the following day, although some day duties are also available. Pay rate is £18.00 £22.00 with a sleepover set rate of £65.00. Our client would prefer candidates to have completed Safety Intervention Training prior to starting, although, if not this will be provided for you as we hold a 2 day course at the end of September for £100.00 Candidates must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
