YOUR ROLE
- 7+ years of overall IT Experience.
- Strong knowledge about MS-Dynamic
- Knowing other CRM platform like MS-Dynamic etc. is preferrable
- Strong knowledge about architectural principles
- Strong experience in building IT strategy for the customer
- Strong experience in turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment etc.
- Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
- Strong knowledge in building the target architecture for the customer keeping overall business vision in mind
- Strong experience in designing the solution on MS-Dynamic platform
- Strong knowledge in CRM domain
- Strong experience in case management, channel integration, data ingestion, AI and process automation etc.
- Strong experience working in AGILE methodology
- Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle
- Strong leadership skills to empower the IT teams to meet project timeline
- Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business
- transformation.
- Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps
