About the RoleNewcastle Financial Advisers are delighted to be recruiting in the picturesque market town of Barnard Castle. We have been providing trusted advice to new and existing customers for over 20 years. Our teams of Financial Advisers deliver expert face-to-face advice to customers across our entire branch network, supported by a dedicated back-office team providing technical and administrative services.As a Financial Adviser you are responsible for:Developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external introducersManaging a structured client review processPro-actively gaining referrals from existing clientsAchieving corporate goals (including customer satisfaction, sales, business quality and staff developmentWorking with branch colleagues to deliver advice, benefit and value to new customers in and around the areaDeveloping a Financial Advice presence in the communityReviewing existing clients’ financial circumstances and advising on their financial futureAbout YouAs a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record for achieving and exceeding new business and customer service expectations.You will also demonstrate high standards of quality and compliance and possess the ambition to succeed in a thriving environment.About UsOur Purpose – connecting our communities with a better financial future – inspires and directs all our work.
