Your role will focus on supporting children in a nurturing way, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.As a Teaching Assistant, your caring approach will be key in supporting children across various age groups and abilities. You'll provide essential one-to-one support, work with small groups, and contribute to creating a positive classroom environment.
