We are recruiting dedicated and hardworking warehouse operatives that are either starting a career or looking to progress in the warehouse and production environment. Our client has warehouse operative positions available ASAP for dedicated people who want to work. Successful applicants will be working for our clients in the CV23 area of Rugby. The warehouse operative role includes sortation, loading, and unloading small packages in a timely manner, along with general warehouse and production duties. We have various shifts available to suit your lifestyle and work-life balance.   Shifts: All shifts are Monday to Friday only (times vary depending on your availability). Core shifts are: day shift, 08:00-16:00 PM, 38 hours per week.   Day Shift – 07:00 – 15:00, Back Shift 15:00 – 23:00, Night Shift 23:00 – 07:00   Warehouse Operative Pay Rates: £12.71 to - £20.00 per hour, plus overtime   Warehouse Operative Benefits: ·       Fantastic working environment ·       Free parking ·       Great access for public transport ·       Pension, life assurance, and additional benefits ·       Great career progression
