As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will handle multiple inbound queries via calls and emails, building personal rapport with customers to resolve their issues, update accounts, and provide a friendly and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries through calls and emails. Build strong customer relationships to provide personalized support. Update customer accounts and investigate queries in detail.What We're Looking For: Essential: Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or in a telephony role.
