Salary & Benefits * Salary - £38K - £39.5K * Monday to Friday * 7:30am – 5:00pm * 20 days holiday + banks * Private healthcare * Annual Bonus * Christmas Shutdown **Maintenance Fitter Required** to join an established Plant Hire / Temporary Roadway firm based in the outskirts of Brentwood, due to further expansion. Our client has been established since the early 2000s and offer services such as specialist ground products, bespoke installation, reinforcement products and grid systems. Responsibilities In this role you will be working alongside the companies lead Mechanic, carrying out maintenance duties on various plant machinery such as rough ground forklifts, commercial vehicles, and telehandlers. * Carrying out maintenance and servicing of mechanical plant and small commercial vehicles. * Assembly and fabrication of metal components when required. * Use of hand tools, power tools and welding equipment to carry out and complete projects. * Carrying out quality checks on completed products, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Position Requirements * City and Guilds or equivalent in plant/vehicle maintenance and repair. * Experience in assembly, welding and fabrication. * 5 years previous experience
