About the role: As a part-time KS1 teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a class of eager and enthusiastic students, guiding them through their early stages of primary education. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles, helping each child reach their full potential in subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of TAs and other teaching staff, benefiting from a collaborative approach to education. The role also includes regular parent-teacher interactions, where you’ll share the progress of your students and build strong relationships with their families. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Previous experience teaching in a KS1 setting. • A genuine passion for working with young children and nurturing their development. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A creative and flexible approach to teaching. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver exciting and interactive lessons for KS1 students. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth. • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to deliver a holistic educational experience. • Engage with parents and carers to communicate student achievements and areas for development.
