Project Director

Our client is a main contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Project Director to oversee a large mixed use residential development in West London. The project consists of 610 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £120m. The position will report into the Operations Director. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in managing mixed use residential developments in excess of £80m. They’re also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction as well as delivery. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £140k – £160k + full package & bonus.
