Quantity Surveyor (QS) – High-End Residential Projects

They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join their team, working on a high-profile project in **West London** valued at **£7m**. The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of the project, with responsibilities including:Procurement.Pricing variations and managing cost control.Conducting CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliation).Preparing and submitting applications for payments.Final Accounts What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience in high-end residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
