Head of Construction ClaimsLondon – 2/3 days in the office per weekFinitas are working on an exclusive basis with a leading Lloyd's broker in their search for a Head of Construction Claims to join their growing team.The wider team is primarily based in London and deliver innovative insurance placements and risk management services for organisations involved in the Real Estate and Construction sectors. This dedicated division is one of the largest and most established combined Real Estate and Construction team in the London Market.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Oversight on the high value, large loss and complex Construction ClaimsManagement responsibilityAssist more junior members of staff on larger more complex accounts and claimsOnboarding of new team membersDealing with brokers and clients on larger more complex accounts and claimsKey Skills & CompetenciesA minimum of 10 years Claims experience within ConstructionUK and North America exposureExcellent technical claims experience with strong knowledge of the London MarketKnowledge of ECF/ClassLoss adjusting background is ideal but not a must haveThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation that embraces its uncommonly independent status.
