Elite Hedge Fund – Dev Ops – Python – £60-80k base salary + 50-100% bonus

An elite hedge fund are looking to make a key, stand-alone non-investment hire, which has the potential to grow into a more senior/management role. The opportunity is a hybrid technology & operations/middle office position, sat between the in-house quant and operations team, with a dotted line into a managing partner. BAU is handling the full trade life cycle (alongside the wider operations team), dealing with PMs/traders and working on treasury/risk tasks. The tech component is focused on automation projects, system build outs & detailed performance analytics. The hire would need to come from a background where they have proven skills in Python (ideal), SQL, VBA or another advanced coding language.The base salary can pay up to £80k, alongside a 50-100% bonus and an excellent benefits package.
