Real Estate Development Solicitor

Job Title - Real Estate Development Solicitor Location - Central London Level - 3-6PQE Salary - £100k-£125k *Hybrid Working and Part-time hours are available* This new role is for our client at a top tier national firm, looking to hire a real estate development solicitor into their growing property development and regeneration team. The firm is a top 50 full service national firm, with multiple top tier teams including a number of property departments. The Development team is a sub-section of the firm's wider 35-strong real estate team, with a recent focus on growth in the team hiring two Partners and an Associate this year. The team advise the most recognisable national house builders on residential development projects across the country. This can involve both land development or existing property redevelopment/regeneration. Due to the niche sub-sector that this team is in, my client is only looking for candidates from similar departments at Legal 500 and national firms. Candidates must have 3-years+ experience working in Real Estate Development
