Join today and build progress with us. The Opportunity Based onsite at Torr Works near Shepton Mallet, a Limestone Super Quarry. We now have excellent opportunity for a Factory Manager, onsite youll take ownership of our Wash Plant production facility operations. This is the final part of our production process, where the Plant utilises redundant materials from the initial production process, to clean and recycle them into quality products which can then be utilised. The process of a Wash Plant involves taking large quantities of bulk mixed materials and splitting separate product lines, so experience of running a manufacturing plant for multiple product lines would be transferable into this plant. Onsite youll lead a team of Supervisors & Operatives across a multiple shift system. Taking ownership of Health & Safety as well as production output within this Plant. Youll work in partnership with other leaders within the Quarry to ensure cohesion as a team. Internally, this position is known as the Assistant Wash Plant Manager, however youll report directly into a Production manager and hold full responsibility for your plant. Who you are You'll have experience leading a team in an industrial/ manufacturing environment. Youll ideally hold a H&S qualification, however we can look to support this where required. Benefits ??
