The opportunity The Group PMO Manager will provide an integral role in the formation and running of the Value Creation PMO. As a specialist in the programmatic approach to Business Change and Optimisation, you will guide Azets Group into best practice for project and portfolio reporting across the many Azets’ businesses located in 8 different countries. You will be part of a centralised and dynamic PMO that is designed to identify, track and report on the Group’s value creation initiatives. These initiatives are of utmost importance to the most senior stakeholders including the Board. As such you must be a highly capable PMO Manager, adept at designing and implementing standardisation of high quality processes, procedures and outputs. Day to day duties Team Management: Provide support and direction to PMO Administrators/Analysts and for the members of the ‘Change Network’ across Azets Group Own and instil PMO standards such as Planning Standards, Reporting Standards and Benefits Management Be an advocate for Group’s Business and Digital Change initiatives, fostering a can-do attitude and providing a voice on numerous Business and Group forums that identifies the practical means of delivering valuable change in a controlled and standardised way Performance Reporting: Work with the team to ensure the right data is in the tooling to drive KPI’s and produce accurate KPI reporting Work with the Businesses to capture ‘Goals’ in a standardised way to enable consistent reporting of progress (forecasts and actuals) Work with Group Finance to align forecast versus actual delivery, cost and benefits Team Player: Work cohesively with a dynamic, fast moving and distributed team Proactively support team members, identifying where additional capacity might be required What are we looking for? Considerable experience as a PMO Manager with strong, demonstrable exposure to working in projects, programmes and portfolio management Ability to work well as an individual and as a team Ability to take initiative Ability to guide and lead a small centralised team Ability to achieve desired results across remote and broadly distributed business Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders and overcome challenge to protect the delivery of essential outcomes Ability to support and encourage business stakeholders to provide the required updates and information that will drive the reporting cycles Excellent PMO governance disciplines What's in it for you?
