We are recruiting an interim Head of CRM & Loyalty based in our Warwick office (3 days a week, 2 days remote), this will be a 12-month fixed term contract position.

You’ll be responsible for:  

  • Own the CRM Strategy across all brands in line with company and divisional goals

  • Own our PlumbPro loyalty programme, taking the lead cross-functionally to ensure the programme delivers against its acquisition and growth targets.

  • Own the roadmap for CRM development, working closely with IT and Digital teams to ensure we are building capabilities in line with business needs.

  • Champion the use of data analytics and insight to inform actionable plans; working with IT and Finance partners and team members to develop data modelling and segmentation capabilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations and Digital teams to continually improve the customer journey and ensure the seamless integration of CRM within the sales and marketing funnel

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of CRM and Loyalty professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Strong understanding and experience of working within CRM, customer acquisition, customer segmentation, retention and loyalty strategies with experience of driving initiatives across the full customer lifecycle

  • Understanding of marketing principles and brand awareness

  • Salesforce knowledge is highly advantageous or familiarity with other CRM platforms

  • Strong leadership skills, experience driving and motivating a team
