Registered Manager

I am working with a new Domiciliary Care provider in Mansfield who are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager. You will be supported in this role by a dedicated team to achieve.   What’s on offer: £38,000-£43,000. 33 days annual leave. Performance related bonuses/profit share. Continual support from Head Office.  Registered Manager Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Directors. To promote the service on social media and the community to increase new client referrals. To manage relationships with stakeholders. To manage the business’ compliance. To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care. To manage the development and retention of all care staff. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.  Registered Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare. Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
