DSAT Training Designer

DSAT Training Designer 12 month contract, full-time Inside IR35Home-based with occasional travel near Reading Our client is a global defence manufacturing company which works to support the government with technological solutions across fields which will support and protect national security. They are currently seeking DSAT Training Designers to join their team and support in conducting analysis, design, and some development for a suite of military training design solutions. They are looking for experienced individuals with clear, demonstrated experience following the DSAT design process, and with security clearance.The roles will involve working closely with subject matter experts to obtain content, designing and developing new materials and updating older ones, advancing the current curriculum, and identifying new opportunities for further training programme creation. The ideal candidate will have experience with:DSAT course designExcellent knowledge of the training design processInstructional and learning design practisePractical experience working in the Defence sectorExcellent communication practices and the ability to work both individually and as a teamDeveloping and delivering training coursesAside from a daily rate, this contract offers full-time work for 12 months, and the opportunity to work with one of the most well-recognised defence companies in the world.
