CCO Group are currently partnered with a leading Property Consultancies with their requirement for an Associate Director to join the team in Cambridge.The clientOur client is one of the nation’s largest Property Consultancies with an international presence, with an established Project Management Consultancy team. They deliver projects across various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Science, Public Sector and many more, with values ranging from 10m through to 200m+. They have offices across the country, all working in close collaboration to maintain the growth of the business through internal referrals and teamwork. The business has plenty of repeat clients on their books, and an excellent reputation for the service they deliver.The roleFollowing several new contract wins, our client is looking to add an Associate Director to their growing team in Cambridge. They undertake projects across various sectors in this office, however this role will offer the chance to become a real specialist in a particular field, taking projects from conception to completion in the chosen field. The current vacancies are within two sectors, one being Industrial, and the other being Science – both of which are going through a period of rapid growth in the region!
