Suitable candidates will have the following: Substantial experience in leading change and transformation in medium to large organisations coupled with a successful track record of implementing and transforming ways of working at scale. Able to translate IT issues in a simple and effective way for the business to understand Lead key supplier relationships and influence contract negotiations, change and improved relationships Knowledge of project development processes Exceptional Programme Management skills (e.g. Prince, MSP, Agile, Leading SAFe) Strong understanding of Lean Management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, TQM ) Microsoft Office proficient Able to demonstrate experience in strategic planning and investment case process using your commercial and financial acumen Exceptional leadership skills to ensure that you are seen as a role model and able to influence teams and individuals Please send CV for full job description and an informal chat.
