We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a supply basis, offering flexibility and variety across a range of schools.Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.Provide classroom support to teachers, helping to manage behavior, assist with group activities, and offer 1:1 support where needed.Lead intervention sessions, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects to help students achieve their potential. Requirements: Previous experience as an HLTA or a similar role, with strong classroom management skills.Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning environments.A passion for supporting student development and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
