We’re recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an operations team to support with all things admin! Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within Administration as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Head Administrator or similar. We’re looking for candidates that have a notice period of 2 weeks or less. As an Administrative Assistant your role will include: * Preparing quotes, bids, tenders and proposals * Creating feedback surveys * Supporting other departments with other ad-hoc duties * Handling client and team enquires by logging, taking, chasing and resolving any issues Skills Required: * Great communication skills both written and verbally * Previous administration experience * Highly organised and a key eye to detail * Be able to drive with your own vehicle due to the location of the business Benefits: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays + closed over Christmas * Opportunity for career growth and professional development * Free onsite parking This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm this role is fully office based in Arundel and paying a salary of £25,000.
