Customer Service Representative

Community Care Representative We are looking for a friendly, solution-orientated go-getter to join our expanding team at our HQ near Chester. This position is a full-time role at the office through Monday to Friday, with a monthly rotation of a contracted weekend shift (in lieu of swapping out corresponding weekday shifts). Within this role you will cover live chat, messages & emails, and get hands on in our Returns Department with the guidance of our lovely Community Care Manager as your line manager. What you will do: Be the first point of support to our customers across Email and Social Channels, looking to deliver excellent service and meeting their needs Be the first point of contact via our Live Chat feature, offering fast-paced responses to improve the customer shopping experience online Sort and process returns Problem-solve and solution build to create excellent customer relationships in a friendly and efficient manner Offer product and sizing advice, with an excellent and up-to-date knowledge of Sisters & Seekers products Follow up courier queries and action disputes when necessary to resolve customer delivery problems Resolve Returns issues and investigate problems if these arise Collate data and general statistics within your team to present and discuss with Management to enable ongoing improvements to be highlighted Carry out day-to-day organisational duties that allow the team to operate smoothly within your department Have a clear understanding of the overall brand/social calendar to ensure the correct information is provided to customers.
