The Opportunity: As part of Bishop's Gate team, you will be joining our Trainee Manager Development Programme. You will experience a varied and hand on experience, rotating throughout the various operations departments of Bishops Gate Hotel. Your role will include; Various rotations including Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. You will receive continuous guidance under the leadership, coaching and mentoring of the experienced senior management team. To offer a professional hands-on approach, with particular emphasis on customer service in each of your training placements. Support and motivate team members to enable them to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. Support operational managers achieve departmental objectives. Be entrusted with responsibilities early on, be mentored by departmental managers. Learn while you earn, we will support you completing your various professional qualifications at recognised learning centres. Min entry requirements apply 1 Yr. experience at Supervisory Level Under the leadership of our senior leadership team you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team. Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality. Essential Criteria: 1 Year Previous relevant experience in a supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment.
