Paint and Body Shop Technician Location: Hartlebury Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus Weekends: No weekend work Overview: We are seeking a skilled Paint and Body Shop Technician to join our Client in Hartlebury. This role involves working on a range of vehicles, carrying out high-quality body repairs and paint refinishing to restore vehicles to their original condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of vehicle body repairs, including dent removal, panel beating, and welding. Prepare and refinish vehicle surfaces using appropriate materials and techniques. Mix and apply paint to match the vehicle's original finish. Work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure precision in repairs. Ensure all work meets manufacturer and insurance standards. Carry out quality control checks to ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Keep up to date with industry developments and manufacturer guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a paint and body shop technician, with a strong background in vehicle repairs and painting. Knowledge of body shop repair techniques, materials, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards. Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving licence. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. Bonus scheme to reward performance and quality of work.
