Recruitment Researcher

We have an opportunity to hire an additional Recruitment Researcher who will be committed to finding top talent to delight our clients by utilising advanced sourcing techniques and pre-screening processes to identify and attract the best candidates for our clients. Role Purpose As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to source, identify, and make initial contact with targeted candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques. You will need to be proficient in using recruitment CV databases, job boards and Linkedin, as well as skilled in Boolean search methods. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be responsible for reaching out to candidates to assess their interest in the roles and to book screening calls with the relevant recruiter. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: * Utilise recruitment ATS, CV databases and job boards to source potential candidates. * Research target organisations * Employ Boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches. * Keep abreast of new sourcing techniques and tools to improve efficiency. Pre-screening Candidates: * Contact candidates via phone and email to assess interest and to book screening interviews. * Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles. * Provide detailed notes and recommendations to the Recruiter. Candidate Relationship Management: * Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various positions. * Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Database Management: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). * Track and report on key sourcing metrics and provide insights for process improvement. * Maintain accurate data on target organisations. Collaboration: * Work closely with the Team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. * Work with our service providers to get the best out of our researching functions. Compliance: * Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. * Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and confidentiality. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role. * Proficiency in using UK recruitment CV databases and job boards. * Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Confident over the phone and can build rapport quickly. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. * A working knowledge of GDPR and data management. * Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
