MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading International Consumer Goods company on the search for a Director of Digital Marketing. This is a permanent role based in London. As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy. Your focus will be on driving consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital campaigns and optimizing the brand’s online presence across various platforms. Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Establish goals, monitor KPIs, and refine strategies to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI). Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize impact. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns in the consumer goods sector. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives.
