Job Title: Finance EPM Implementation Manager Job Type: Full Time, 6 Month Contract Location: London, HybridRole PurposeTravelex is currently in process of implementing enhanced EPM applications ( FCCS, PBCS, EDMCS, Essbase Reporting) as part of our wider end to end Finance Transformation Programme where we are migrating our legacy finance systems to one new global Oracle Cloud ERPM application. This role plays an important part in our ongoing Finance Transformation programme supporting the implementation of the enhanced EPM solution which is linked to the phased global roll out of our new ERP (Oracle Fusion) solution and migration to a new Chart of Accounts.Working with our Solution Implementation Partner the role will support in all the activities ( Project & Change Management, Testing, Data Reconciliation, Reporting Requirements, Business Readiness, Post Go Live handover activities) to ensure the new solution is successfully delivered across our global Finance Teams. A key part of the role will be ensuring that data reconciles between migrated platforms and this can be evidenced to our external auditors. The roles requires detailed knowledge and experience in Oracle EPM Cloud application including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Essbase Reporting and Narrative Reporting.Key Responsibilities Work with our Third Party Solution Implementation Partner and the Travelex Programme Team to manage and lead the full end-to-end implementation of the new EPM solution to our Finance teams including Project & Change Management, Testing, Data Reconciliation, Reporting Requirements, Business Readiness, Post Go Live handover activities) to ensure the new solution is successfully delivered across our global Finance Teams Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring that changes are adopted. Ensure that both technical and functional requirements are delivered to ensure seamless integration and operation of the new EPM platform. Work across multiple functional areas including FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management to ensure that best practice is followed aligned to the target design, and these are fully embedded as part of the roll out across the global finance teams Identify and support utilising best practices from the new platform changes to reporting. Manage project delivery plan, report to relevant governance bodies including management of RAID log / tracking business synergies Works supportively and collaboratively with other Finance Transformation programme Teams including the ERP team implementing Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure that both platforms are fully aligned Skills and Experience Must have experience in design and implementation of EPM applications, particularly in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS. Experience across the full Oracle EPM implementation project lifecycles Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM business processes across Finance The role requires a good understanding of financial accounting, processes and reporting, how that relates to accounting systems analysis and design in the Oracle Applications framework and the ability to translate that knowledge from business requirements to Oracle Fusion Applications. Experience across multiple functional areas including FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management. Experience in design and implementation of EPM applications, particularly in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS. Experience in finance and accounting processes. Experience in governance controls, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardisation and data quality management. Cloud environment experience including operating and implementing. Management experience Experience across Finance Services or Retail sectors and engaging with senior leaders and key business stakeholders. Why Travelex?
