End User Support Manager

My client is currently hiring for a Head of EUC for their London office.

Commodities trading firm

Hybrid - 3 days a week in London office

Up to £130K + bonus

Experience Required: -

• EUC support, including trade support
• Demonstrable experience of working and delivery to a trading business (commodities preferred) with people management responsibility.
• Experience of working with and managing 3rd party vendors to deliver operational tasks on time and to standard.
• Understanding of a Trade life cycle and the requirements of real time trading environment from EUC, Application, Infrastructure, and Info Sec delivery perspective.
• History of delivering projects on time and budget in a complex environment.
